HOW I STARTED PLAYING THE KEYBOARD 🎹

I was much younger and I was in secondary school then, JSS1 to be precise...
We had a keyboard in church without anyone one playing reasonableness well.....
For me, I happen to be a lover of good music even from the foetus stage😁.... So I was hungry for new sounds, something melodious and not just same pattern of D-F-S every Sunday.As I was not born with a silver spoon in my mouth, you understand what I mean?.....
Neither my parents nor I could afford to apply for a music teacher..All possibility of learning looked bleak😢... I could remember I'd have to trek distances of over 5 kilometers just because I wanted to hear someone play at a particular program.... On several occasions, I'd trek 4 hours to meet someone who I hope would be able to teach me. On getting to him, he would charge me so high that I'd give up playing on that spot! How would I get money? Secondary school student?
The maximum I had even at SS3 was #100, #60 for T-fare, #40 for the day's food! 😞.... Chai, it was so badBUT...., somehow, there's always this ray of hope within me.....
My PASSION will not let me be....most especially when I hear Jazz music....haaaa....I love JAZZ.....with a little bit of FUNK style...R&B too a little...chai...🥰🔥So, what did I do.... I went to Church, since no one was playing during the week days, I borrowed the keyboard every week, got a phone ,do MIDNIGHT SUB and DEVOUR YOUTUBE VIDEOS...
My God.....😁...you have no idea how much time I devoted to YouTube Videos...it got to a stage that I'd be seeing music note and YouTube videos in my dream or anytime I close my eyes...😹In Short, what I'd learn and achieve in few months through the mentorship of a teacher, I achieved in roughly 5 years 😱.... It shock you right? 😁.... That's what PASSION does to your soul! You'll become restless until goal is achieved...Due to these years of training and exploring, more was added to my experience. I knew what a teacher won't even teach a student naturally, my earrings grew so strong👂.....In summary, Here I am, by God's mercy, I've played for major Gospel artists and big churches over the years. This skill has brought me to opportunities and has opened doors to meet people I could never dream of ❤️🔥...... This has brought me to be lenient when teaching others. If God granted me such grace freely, then I should give it freely....

Our regular(offline) classes hold in 3 locations within Oyo State, Ibadan, Nigeria Only at the moment.

All our materials worth 25k including the book SONGS AND CHORDS authored by me is free for all registered students.
